Yendrop uses a collect-then-payout model through a licensed third-party payment service provider. Customers pay through the approved payment service provider, funds are settled to Yendrop’s payment service provider account or balance after the applicable settlement period, and Yendrop then instructs separate payouts to vendors using the provider’s transfer infrastructure.
- Mobile Money payouts, subject to provider availability, verification, and applicable transfer charges
- Bank transfer payouts, subject to provider availability, verification, and applicable transfer charges
Payouts may be on-demand or scheduled daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or according to Yendrop’s applicable payout policy. Payouts can only be made from funds that have settled and are available for transfer. Your dashboard provides payout records showing completed orders, fees, refunds or adjustments (if any), and net earnings. If a payout fails, for example because of incorrect Mobile Money or bank details, it may be retried after you update and verify your details.
Important compliance note: Vendor earnings shown in the dashboard are accounting and payout records only. Yendrop does not provide wallets, stored balances, escrow accounts, or customer fund custody accounts for vendors or riders, and no displayed amount should be treated as money held by Yendrop on behalf of a vendor or rider.
